What types of motorhomes do you offer?

We offer a variety of motorhomes from 2 to 6 berth with 10 different layouts across our fleet giving lots of variety and choice. We even have a motorhome with a huge garage that can double as a dog kennel or is perfect for sports equipment, kayaks etc.

What amenities are included in my rental?

Accepted Answer

All of our motorhomes come with a fully-equipped kitchen, luxury bedding and towels, Starlink satellite internet, safety equipment, toilet chemicals, gas supplies, and full EU breakdown cover.

Is insurance included in my motorhome rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all rentals include insurance coverage for two drivers as standard.

Question 4

Can I take my hired motorhome off-road?

Accepted Answer

While our vehicles are designed for comfort on various terrains, we recommend sticking to established roads and campsites for safety reasons. You can however live off-grid for several days as all of our motorhomes have upgraded batteries, solar charging and are equiped with gas heating and hot water systems.

Can we leave our vehicle at Roam N Roost?

Yes we have secure parking covered by CCTV and our gate is locked at night. However all vehicles are left at your own risk.

Question 6

What should I bring when renting a motorhome?

Accepted Answer

We recommend bringing personal items such as clothing and toiletries and any food or drinks for your trip. Everything else you'll need is provided within the motorhome itself. For collection, if paying your hire deposit by card you will need to bring a physical debit or credit card with you and will need to know your pin. Contactless, Applepay etc doesn’t work for pre-authorised deposit payments.

When can I collect and when do we have to return our motorhome by?

The great news is we don’t do same day turn arounds. This means you can collect from 9.30am on your collection day and have up until 3pm on your return day to get back to us.

How do I book my motorhome?

Accepted Answer

You can easily book online by selecting your vehicle type and travel dates through our website. Always check our who can hire page before booking to ensure our insurance covers you. Our terms and conditions you agree to when booking form your hire agreement. While we don’t have fixed pick up and return days we just ask that where possible you don’t leave any gaps less than 3 days either side of your booking when using our live system. Half days on the nooki g system are return days and are not bookable.

What is the process after we book?

When you book you will be required to pay a 25% deposit within 24 hours. The balance is payable 30 days before your hire and we will send a reminder. If your hire is less than 30 days away the full balance is payable when booking. Thirty days before your hire we conduct our driver checks and will be in touch with an insurance questionaire and will require your proof of address and driving license details.
