CANCELLATION POLICY​

Cancelling less than 1 week after booking*                                    Full refund

Cancelling less than 4 weeks before your booking                       No refund

Cancelling within 4-8 weeks of your hire date.                               No refund but deposit can be moved to a future booking

Cancelling 8-12 weeks before your hire                                          75% refund

A No Show is deemed as the Hirer not presenting themselves on the first day of the Rental Period to collect the Vehicle and not communicating with Roam N' Roost in advance they will be collecting the Vehicle at an alternative date/time to that of their Booking. Should the hire be deemed a No Show, the booking will be automatically cancelled at close of business that day and no refunds what so ever will be due.

If cancelling within 4-8 weeks you can move your deposit once to a future booking date. That booking will then be non refundable at any point and can't be cancelled or moved.

* If your booking is at least 4 weeks away, Last minute bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks before your hire date will be non-refundable.

 

Roam N' Roost reserves the right to amend our cancellation policy for certain events.
